Amanda Talle is a product designer & process queen currently designing quantum programming tools.

Hey there! I'm Amanda Talle (pronounced like tally-ho!)

I currently lead web and brand design at IBM Quantum. Prior to that I spent 3 years at IBM Research in a hybrid visual / UX design role working to productize emerging AI technologies. In these roles I've shipped the IBM Quantum Experience (recently renamed the IBM Quantum tools), a re-imagined terminal experience with AI integration, and a front-end UI for a breakthrough technology that changes the way chemical and material scientists conduct research – among others!

I'm passionate about solving complex problems using a data-driven design approach. As a strategic thinker and contagious optimistic, I'm the gal who always brings a prototype and a smile to a meeting. I'm also passionate about helping others grow, especially young designers, through mentorship and collaboration opportunities.

In the past few years I've lived in Austin and San Francisco, found my home in Denver, married a dreamy software engineer named Andrew, and gotten obsessed with programming! (Why binge Netflix when you can binge Frontend Masters?) When I'm not behind the computer I enjoy taking photographs and hitting the slopes in the winter ⛷️

If you're still here, thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. Please don't hesitate to reach out and say hello, I'd love to meet you over virtual coffee!
